Providing a cleaning service: @ $32.00 an hour per/ per person. An invoice will be provided to you the same day, you can pay by using cash, cash app, venmo, zell. A free walk through is provided in order to provide an estimate, an estimate will be emailed to you. This hourly rate will include the chemicals for your cleaning service, along with a cleaning crew.
Weekend cleaning service on Friday, Saturday and Sundays is paid @ $45 an hour per/ person. Along with any cleaning service starting after 3pm will be charged at @ $45 an hour rate as well. All in Cleaning is closed on the following days: ● Easter April 17th, 2022 ● Memorial Day: May 30, 2022 ● Independence Day: July 4th & 5th, 2022 ● Labor Day: September 5th ● Thanksgiving Day November 24th & 25th, 2022 ● Christmas Day December 24,25, 26, 2022 ● New Year Eve and Day December 31, 2022 & Jan 1, 2023
Estimates: It is important to be as accurate as possible when providing a walk through in person. Estimates in person are an estimate on time. If the job takes less time than estimated we will charge you less, but if the job takes longer then estimated we will charge you more. (we have a three hour minimum).
Access to loading or unloading location
Cancellations/Rescheduling: A 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee.

We accept all forms of credit or debit cards. Payments made over the phone and in person. Credit card processing fee is 3.5% processing charge.
Additional Charges: There may be additional charges for transportation of items not included in the original estimate. Extra pickups and/or deliveries, removal and /or replacement of doors, packing done at the request of the shipper, and any service considered out of the ordinary may incur additional charges.
Damages: At the beginning of every move, the foreman will do a walk-through with you, the customer, and advise you of any damages that are already present on household items. In the event that the customer chooses to not use our protective services, and sign a release of liability, Allin Cleaning V & J WILL NOT be held liable/cover/reimburse you for any damage that may occur because of your refusal to use our wrapping/packing services. Although our movers will be as careful as possible, from time to time damages may occur. If there is damage, notify your
movers immediately. Damages must be noted on your contract. If you discover damage after the move, call the office within 48 hours of your move. No damage claims will be honored until the charges for moving services have been paid in full. Damages caused while loading or unloading your truck or storage unit: Local Moving llc. Is only responsible for items in our immediate care, custody, and control.
Allin Cleaning V & J reserves the right to repair any damaged item before you have it repaired or replaced. In case you choose to repair or replace the damaged item before Local Moving llc. has been given an opportunity to do so, the company will be only liable to $.60 per pound per article as stated by law.
Extra fees are added when moving pianos, gun safes, and large specialty statues. All in Cleaning will also provide disassembly and reassembly of furniture during the move, free of charge. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients, as well as building positive relationships while serving our community.

With our bathroom cleaning services, we start by dusting to remove cobwebs and dirt. Then, we wipe down faucets, mirrors, door handles, countertops, and basins. We also sanitize toilets and clean shower walls and bathtubs.

In addition to our “Every Time” procedures, we also wash and wet surfaces.

Our cleaning process for kitchens and laundry rooms are relatively similar. We pay special attention when providing our kitchen cleaning services because we know this room is the heart of your home. We begin by wiping all appliances and countertops. Then, we clean the drip pans and grates on the stove and the inside and outside of the microwave.
When cleaning the laundry room we would wipe down all surfaces, countertops, and cabinets to
remove dirt and dust. We also vacuum or mop the floors.

When All in Cleaning V & J is hired for your full-service move, we will provide all supplies and equipment needed on the day of the move. We also offer a service where we can deliver the supplies to a client’s home before the move if the client prefers to save money and pack all their belongings personally.
